Aria Suite work closely with a number of approved caterers – The nominated caterers on the approved list have been selected by Aria Suite, having undergone an inspection of their food production premises and food production systems.

The nominated caterers fulfill and adhere to hygiene, health and safety requirements and standards set out by Aria. They have a great deal of experience in outside catering events and have successfully operated functions at Aria Suite.  However, we also recognize that clients may have a preference to use a caterer not currently on our Approved Caterer list.

We are happy to discuss using alternative caterers for your event, but this would be subject to a number of criteria and action points which would need to be addressed, agreed and adhered to prior to your appointing a non-approved caterer. Please liaise with your event coordinator who will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you.

We have a highly skilled team of waiting staff dedicated to providing the highest levels of hospitality to your guests. This will allow you and your guests more time to enjoy your event, be confident your guests are in good hands and there every needs are taken care of. At the Aria Suite the lighting can be adjusted to create an atmosphere of your choice for you special day. You may choose to create a different ambience to the venue from the minute you walk in to when you have your first dance.

Aria Suite is fully air conditioned and has it’s very own independent climate control options, in this way the selected occupants have a very comfortable and breathtaking overall view.

The suite includes projectors which can be utilized to showcase your event and additionally entertain your guests. We have our own sound system, and also two large projector screens, on which you may choose to show your guests a slide show of your pre-wedding images, or show a live video link throughout the day by connecting from your videographer’s camera to our screens.
